Firecannon carries out all work with due care and skill. We take pride in our work and endeavour to satisfy all client requirements. All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer law. You are entitled to refund or remedy if our services do not satisfy the requirements agreed to in the original quotation or contract. Firecannon is not required to provide a refund if you change you mind about services you have requested.
You can choose to cancel any support contract you have with us, and receive a refund for unconsumed services, if the service is deemed to have a major problem. A major problem is when the service:
- has an issue that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it.
- is substantially unfit for its common purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
- does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot by easily rectified within a reasonable time.
- creates an unsafe situation.
If you choose to continue with your support contract, you can request that Firecannon compensate you for any difference in the value of the services we provided and what you originally paid.
If the problem with the service is not major, Firecannon will fix it within a reasonable time. If it is not fixed within the timeframe provided by Firecannon, you can choose to have someone else fix the problem and recover reasonable costs from us. If the problem cannot be fixed, we view it as a major problem.
